Tonight I planned to enjoy a cozy evening at home, watching one of my favorite shoes, Lipstick Jungle....
....and nibble on my new favorite snack, the candy cane "oreos" that Trader Joe's is now carrying for the holidays.......BUT as I was scoping out these pictures for my Friday Faves post just now, I stumbled across something AWFUL and SAD!!!! (At least in my own little world!!!)

I don't know how many of you watch this show, but it is seriously awesome. It is about three best friends who are successful businesswomen, absolutely gorgeous, and who have the perfect wardrobes and shoes, not to mention hot, stud-muffin boyfriends! (Read: Kirby. Yum.) WOO! It is really one of my favorite shows, and while I googled "lipstick jungle" to get a cute photo to put on my blog, I found THIS instead. :( :( BOO HOO. I will be sobbing as I watch the last few episodes.
Is there anything we can do to get stupid NBC to change their minds???
(A la Jericho of last season... was anyone else desperate enough to send peanuts to CBS after Jericho was cancelled??? Well, I was that nuts... pun, of course, intended. And what was so crazy, is that is WORKED. CBS brought Jericho back for 7 more episodes, and then gave it the final axe. Ugh. I hate network TV.)
Anyways, if you don't already watch Lipstick Jungle, tune in, tell a friend, watch and enjoy!! Friday nights at 10pm, go watch! You will love it. I promise. And maybe NBC will change it's ridiculous mind. Or maybe we can flood NBC with.......um, lipstick???? :)

I was sad to hear that too. I really like the show. I keep missing it though now that they put it on Friday night! Why did they move it in the first place?! Aaaarggghhh. I told my husband that most shows I like end up being cancelled. Did you ever watch What About Brian? Loved that show. Cancelled, of course.

At least you have the peppermint Jo-jos! What if you lived in a state without TJ's! To console yourself go buy white chocolate, melt it, and dip the Jo's in. You can thank me later.
I am not a huge TV watcher but this is one show I would record as one of my guilty pleasures! They cancelled it? I had no idea...SUCKS! Perhaps ratings were too low...oh well, back to Grey's! LOL
Holly, I came over for pink saturday but am glad to find this post! I watched lipstick jungle last night and I am so sad too! I was angered to find out that they are cancelling it! This is such a great show. So creative and witty! I love the relationship that these three women have! There is so much potential for much more! HOW CAN WE GET THE NETWORK TO CHANGE THEIR MIND!

You know, I think that time after time they produce a great show move it all over the program and then wonder why the ratings are low. They hardly give a show a chance. By the way thanks for the introduction to those oreos, they look wonderful.

I totally herd that yesterday too! I was pissed, I loved that show!!! It was no Sex and The City- but it was close enough! Boo to NBC.. AGAIN!
Oh and I have the theme song/ Album by Bitter Sweet if you want it.. It's good!
I adored Lipstick Jungle (esp Kirby..so cute) and I am SO bummed they cancelled it!!!
