We have planning a vacation to Palm Springs at the beginning of June (yay!!!) and I am in need of new bathing suits and some cute coverups. So in the interest of saving money, I think it is high time that I dust off my sewing machine and get to work again... I was at Joann's and found two great patterns to try out.
A top that I am going to work into a cover-up to go to and from the pool in.
And see the zebra cover-up here?? I am going to make one exactly like that. I love zebra print, especially on frivolous items like this... and I found fabric at JoAnn's that is identical! Yay! :)I will be sure to post photos when I get them done! Anyone else doing some summer sewing at the moment? :) xo!

Cute patterns! Very cool that you found the perfect Zebra fabric.
I've been trying to make a pair of super-cute cotton jammie-bottoms, but it keeps get pushed aside for other projects. Going to try to finish them this weekend.
