My sister and I checked this workout DVD from the library a few weeks ago and have been religiously doing our "One Minute Workouts"!! Let me say, this lady will kick your butt. You answer a few questions about what you want to work out, what level you are at, and how many minutes you want to exercise for and the DVD comes up with a unique set of exercises for you (out of a huge database of over 100 minute workouts!) It is amazing, and I really feel SO much stronger in only a few weeks. Buy it here or, like I did, check it out from your library- you will be so glad you did! :)
I have been on Weight Watchers for a month now and have lost 5 percent of my body weight, woooooo! I have been eating healthier, finding yummy places to eat out and still stay on track, and I have been exercising lots. My neighborhood is right up the hill from a great park and playground that Andrew loves, and there are lots of hiking trails down to it, so it has been fun to explore, hike, and get lots of workouts done at the same time. Next on my list of goals?? Get running again! I live in a perfect neighborhood to run, with sidewalks and all, so I'll have to pop Andrew on his scooter and get running! :)
What do you all do to work out?!
Enjoy a healthy week, xo!

CONGRATULATIONS on loosing your 5% it is a huge goal and such a motivator to loose more!
over a year ago I lost 10% of my body weight at WW...but have since gained it and some more back. I am thinking I need to get back on track with that.
I just bought some 10 minute workout videos. From what I understand you can do anywhere from 1-3 videos a day. i am super excited to start up on this!
i love to hike but lately it's been kinda difficult as there's no hikes around where I moved in the last year. I love to work out on my parent's wii fit when I'm visiting them- I WISH I had one. For now I love to run and do classes at the gym
i haven't tried this dvd but it sounds fun! i really enjoy Billy Blanks dvd's and Leslie Sansone Walk at Home dvd's. He has tae-bo, cardio, etc., and she offers walking, walking/jogging, etc. I try to mix it up all week long and alternate. I also just bought "My personal coach" or something like that, lol, for the Wii. Now that I really like. It's like having your very own personal trainer in your own home! It's way better than the Wii Fit. That's more of a game, the Coach one is real exercising, yoga, and strength training!
hey girlie, good job!!! I am also back on the weight loss wagon. I'm doing Nutrisystem food with WW weigh ins. And Wii Fit! Not a hard workout, but at least I'm moving yay! Xo
I just wanted to pop over after reading your comment on my blog. Before commenting on that...I thought I'd congratulate on the Weight Watchers thing...good for you, I've been trying to get myself motivated and haven't done it yet.
And I just wanted to mention to you that I love that everyone has opinions, believe it or not, I vote republican. I'm just dissapointed about the fact that people are placing blame and being so mean about it, when it's not one person's fault. That's the problem I have.
Thanking you for commenting and I appreciate your thoughts because you seem to look at the big picture and I love when people are able to look at all sides.
Good luck with Weight Watchers!
Hiya, I haven't visited in ages! Not sre how that happened. Just catching up now...
The Ballet Studio of course LOL!
Congrats on loosing the weight! It's hard to stay on track. I am more in the studio than I am at the gym but I am a member of 24 Hour and ours here are very nice! Daycare is included in mine too in case I have my little one. They have indoor gyms etc...super fun!
Have a lovely weekend! It is 74 degrees here! YEAH! (with a snow shower on Sunday lol!)
xo
That's so awesome Holly! It's so hard when you have kids I think to find time to exercise and even just cook healthy meals when frozen pizzas and burger joints call your name.
I am also planning a MAJOR health overhaul and will keep you updated!
