For real!!
Ok, ok, I'm only teasing.
The up side of going to the zoo in the evening is that there are way less people.
And way more time for taking goofy staged photos at the Elephant Odyssey. :)
There is nothing dramatic about my child at all, right? :)
We have season passes to the zoo,
so we can go for a few hours,
pack our dinner,
and not feel like we have to stay
all day long
like the San Diego tourists.
And because it's been so warm lately,
a nighttime trip to the zoo was
exactly what was in order for Andrew and I. :)
Happy summer-ish evenings in a sky-ride gondola
make me happy with this little face at my side. :)

Fall is rapidly approaching, &
the holidays are going to be here before we know it.
Squeeze out every drop of sunshine and warmth that you can.
Run through the sprinklers one last time.
Pour an icy glass of lemonade.
Finish up any lingering summer "to-do's."
I know we will be in the next few weeks.
