"the creative family"

I stayed up last night to finish one of the books I'm reading right now, "The Creative Family: How to Encourage Imagination and Nurture Family Connections." It was fabulous. I completely recommend this book to any crafty mom, and it is a super quick read. Instead of just a guide for crafts to do with your child, this book is more about creating an imagination in your child. Going outside for walks, creating "fairy houses" from found materials, playing dress-up, creating art of all kinds, etc, etc, etc! It is amazing, and you will love every bit of it! I checked my copy out from the library and now I feel like I should go buy a copy as well to keep in my bookcase for referencing- there are so many fun tips and projects included! :) Has anyone else read this book??
PS. This book is written by Amanda Blake Soule, who has a beautiful blog- SouleMama!

I'll have to check that out. Funny, I just posted a blog about how I'm planning on doing my own "Montessori" style preschool setup for my munchins here at home!
